Dr. Matt Hudkins completed his undergraduate degree, medical degree, internship, and Diagnostic Radiology residency at Tulane University/Tulane Hospital and Clinic in New Orleans. During residency, he served as chief resident from 2003-2004 and was awarded Outstanding First Year Resident. Dr. Hudkins later served eight years as an army physician, stationed at Ft. LeonardWood, Missouri, and Ft. Carson, Colorado. Dr. Hudkins is now in a full-time teleradiology practice since 2013.

Dr. Jeffrey Markham received his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University. He received his MD from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2005. He completed his internship and Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, TX, where he served as chief resident from 2008-2009. He also completed a Neuroradiology fellowship at UT Southwestern. He has been in full-time teleradiology practice since 2011.

Scott Pohlkamp is an industry veteran in the field of teleradiology, having previously launched three successful national teleradiology practices focused on teleradiology. In addition to developing and managing MRI centers, Pohlkamp has assisted over 700 practices in the implementation of teleradiology. His skill set includes an in-depth knowledge of billing, PACS, workflow, accreditation and business development. Pohlkamp’ s career in radiology spans over two decades and includes experience in radiology practice and imaging center management, operations, physician recruitment and business development at Drs. Hill & Thomas radiology practice, University Radiologists of Cleveland (Case Western Reserve University), National Diagnostic Imaging and as a founding employee at Franklin &Seidelmann Teleradiology. He also serves as the CEO and co-founder of All-American Teleradiology.

As a Radiology veteran with over 25 years- experience in hospital and outpatient settings, Krysty Radabaugh has served as MRI Coordinator for Cleveland Clinic hospitals; Technical Director for Franklin &Seidelmann Teleradiology; and MRI Accreditation Specialist with national MRI center chain MMR Holdings Inc. She has managed multiple MRI centers utilizing a wide range of MRI equipment to include Hitachi, Phillips, GE, Siemens, Toshiba and Esaote. Radabaugh has worked as a MRI Applications Specialist with Hitachi Medical Systems American and Consultant to GE Medical and Bayer Healthcare. Her educational background includes a B.S. in Biomedical Technology and a MS in Physics with emphasis on fMRI. She holds professional certifications in X-ray, CT and MRI.

Karryn has deep knowledge and experience in hospital credentialing working in hospital based and teleradiology credentialing for the past two decades. She has been responsible for physician scheduling; credentialing; and implementing staff policies and procedures. At All-American Teleradiology and Franklin & Seidelmann Teleradiology (Radisphere) her responsibilities have included Billing Manager and Manager of Licensing and Credentialing. This included overseeing Medicare and Medicaid enrollment for 150 providers in 50 states.

Steve is President and founder of Whiteboard IT Solutions (WITS). He started his first company at the age of 18 and has held an owner/operator role at several information technology companies since then. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo and his experience spans all aspects of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and security. He has been guiding WITS to become a full-service IT company with a focus on data security.

Mr. Larsen has served in the telemedicine industry since 2003, consulting for a number of companies to help them develop marketing strategies and to deliver outstanding service to their clients. Mr. Larsen holds a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University in International Finance, with an additional major in Korean, and a Masters of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
